Licensed Electrician

Current Opening is hiring a Licensed Electrician for a full-time position in West Odessa, Ector County. You'll deliver professional-grade electrical construction, maintenance, and repair services across oilfield operations, industrial facilities, and energy infrastructure projects in the heart of the Permian Basin.

About the Role

This position supports electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance work on complex industrial and oilfield projects. Your technical expertise will be integral to keeping electrical systems running safely and reliably across construction sites, operational facilities, and utility distribution infrastructure. You'll work in a hands-on environment where attention to safety, code compliance, and quality craftsmanship are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, components, and distribution equipment on oilfield and industrial projects
• Diagnose electrical problems and perform corrective repairs on equipment and systems
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime
• Document work completed and maintain accurate site records
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid state-issued electrician license (journeyman or master)
• Hands-on experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or industrial repair
• Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety protocols
• Comfort working in outdoor, industrial, and oilfield environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical capability to perform field electrical work
• Strong problem-solving and attention to technical detail
