About the Role
As Community Manager, you'll be the face of our property, responsible for fostering a positive community environment while driving occupancy and retention. You'll manage first impressions, guide residents through their leasing journey, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Answer and respond to prospect inquiries via phone and in-person, addressing questions about floor plans, amenities, and lease terms
- Conduct personalized apartment tours and unit showings for potential residents
- Process lease applications, collect security deposits, and coordinate move-in procedures
- Verify applicant income, credit history, and background information to ensure qualified occupancy
- Track and nurture leads throughout the leasing pipeline, converting prospects into signed leases
- Develop ongoing relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals and reduce turnover
- Represent the community professionally at all times, maintaining the property's reputation and image
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases, applications, and resident communications
