Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Property Coordinator to join our Atlanta operations. In this full-time role, you'll support day-to-day property operations, coordinate tenant services, and help drive asset performance across one or more managed properties in the Fulton County area.
About the Role
Property Coordinators at Lincoln Property Company serve as integral members of the property management team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. You'll work in our Atlanta office supporting the administrative and operational needs of our managed assets while fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage building administration office functions, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document coordination
- Oversee communications systems and tenant correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support tenant services and address tenant inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Coordinate with property management team members to ensure property standards and lease compliance
- Assist with lease-related documentation, rent collection coordination, and administrative tasks
- Help maintain property systems, vendor relationships, and service schedules
- Contribute to value-add initiatives that support asset performance and tenant satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software systems
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
- Professional demeanor and reliability in meeting deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant property management experience is a plus
