Join Ipsen as a Clinical Trial Administrator and help advance critical pharmaceutical research across the United States. This full-time position plays a vital role in bringing transformative medicines from development to patients who need them most.

About the Role

As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you'll be the operational backbone of our clinical development programs. You'll manage day-to-day activities that keep research studies moving forward on schedule and within regulatory requirements, working directly with trial teams, investigative sites, and sponsor organizations to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate between clinical sites, sponsors, and internal teams to maintain trial timeline and protocol adherence
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive trial documentation, regulatory files, and audit trails
  • Support patient enrollment efforts, informed consent procedures, and ongoing participant management
  • Monitor trial budgets, invoicing, and vendor contracts
  • Track data collection milestones, database locks, and regulatory submission requirements
  • Communicate updates and resolve issues with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and company policies
  • Assist with training, site monitoring visits, and regulatory inspections when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in clinical research operations, clinical trial coordination, or pharmaceutical project management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with clinical trial software, regulatory databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP standards, and clinical trial compliance best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to clinical sites or company offices
