About the Role
As a recruiter with Volarify, you'll build your own client base and candidate pipeline across Miami's booming construction and restoration markets. You'll work directly with employers seeking skilled talent and match them with qualified professionals, earning competitive commissions on every successful placement. This is a hands-on position where your success depends entirely on your hustle and relationship-building skills.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for construction, restoration, and architecture roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and company decision-makers
- Present qualified candidates to employers and negotiate placement terms
- Follow up with placements to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
- Track metrics, manage your pipeline, and consistently meet placement targets
- Stay current with market trends and salary data in construction and restoration recruiting
What We're Looking For
- Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive goals
