As a Child Care Assistant Teacher at BrightPath, you'll work alongside lead educators to create engaging, developmentally responsive learning spaces for children. What You'll Do
- Support lead teachers in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, hygiene, and rest periods
- Observe and record children's developmental milestones and progress
- Build positive relationships with children and communicate regularly with families
- Model prosocial behavior and guide children's social-emotional growth
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture
What We're Looking For
- Genuine care for children's wellbeing and development
- High school diploma or GED
- Patience, reliability, and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning community
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
- Availability for consistent full-time hours
