About the Role

You'll be the skilled craftsperson behind our beverage program, taking orders and preparing high-quality cocktails, specialty coffee drinks, and serving plated items to guests. Working alongside our Pantry and service staff, you'll ensure every visitor to our Aliso Viejo location experiences The Ranch At Laguna Beach's signature level of care and attention.

What You'll Do

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and work with our service team
• Prepare and serve cocktails and craft coffee drinks with skill and consistency
• Deliver plated food items to guests with professionalism and care
• Offer friendly, personalized service and use menu knowledge to recommend beverages and enhance each guest's experience
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service flowing smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Experience in bartending, barista work, or beverage service (preferred but training considered)
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest interactions
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and professional presence
• Flexibility for part-time scheduling based on operational needs
• Knowledge of cocktails and coffee drinks, or eagerness to develop expertise
