Maintenance Carpenter

About the Role

As our Maintenance Carpenter, you'll be essential to maintaining the physical infrastructure and aesthetic character of Compass Park. Part of our expanding Plant Operations Team, you'll perform carpentry work across our scenic campus, from routine repairs to specialized building projects. Your work directly supports the safety and functionality of our community spaces.

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and finishes throughout the campus
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute carpentry projects accurately
• Perform preventive maintenance on existing structures to extend their lifespan
• Respond to maintenance work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Install doors, frames, trim, cabinets, and other wood components to specification
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with Plant Operations Team members to support overall campus maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Proven carpentry or maintenance experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and work at heights safely
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of building codes and workplace safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
