About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to fill a hybrid support role that combines hands-on patient care assistance with administrative coordination. You'll primarily work as a Rehab Aide, delivering direct patient support during therapy sessions and daily activities, while also assisting our Front Office Coordinator with scheduling, patient check-in, and clerical tasks as needed. This blend of clinical and administrative work creates a dynamic environment where your contribution directly impacts both patient outcomes and office efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support patients during rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities under clinical supervision
• Help patients with mobility, positioning, and personal care needs as directed by licensed therapists
• Maintain clean, organized patient care spaces and therapy equipment
• Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and check-in procedures
• Answer phones, manage patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records
• Transport patients safely between departments and assist with basic medical tasks
• Support front office operations with filing, data entry, and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred)
• Genuine compassion for patients and commitment to their recovery
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to support scheduling needs
• Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks
• Physical capability to assist patients safely with mobility and positioning
• Previous healthcare experience or CNA certification is a plus, though not required
