Bay Area Turning Point Inc. is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist A to join our Administration team in Webster, Harris County. This is an on-site position reporting to the Grants and Compliance Director, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring organizational compliance and supporting our mission.
About the Role
As a Compliance Specialist A, you'll serve as a key member of our compliance and grants administration function. Working 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, you'll support the organization's compliance framework and ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the effectiveness and integrity of our programs.
What You'll Do
- Assist in monitoring and documenting organizational compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Support the preparation and organization of compliance documentation and records
- Help track and maintain compliance-related information and reporting requirements
- Support the Grants and Compliance Director in compliance-related tasks and initiatives
- Contribute to compliance reporting and documentation activities as assigned
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for compliance functions

Employment Details
This is a full-time position with a non-exempt FLSA status. The annual salary is $40,000, with an hourly rate of $19.23. A flexible schedule may be accommodated as needed to achieve program objectives and effectively document outcome measures.
