Wing Assistant
Wing Assistant is hiring a Digital & Field Events Marketing Manager to drive engagement and build brand presence through strategic events in Salmon Creek, Clark County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead all aspects of events—digital and in-person—for a fast-moving AI company backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors.
About the Role
You'll own the complete events function for M32 AI, an agentic AI startup transforming how traditional service businesses operate. This is a startup-within-a-corporate environment: fast-moving and agile with the resources of an established organization, but without bureaucracy. You'll have autonomy to build and execute a events strategy that drives real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a comprehensive events program spanning digital campaigns and field events
- Plan all logistics for in-person events: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline execution
- Develop digital promotion strategies across email, social media, and web channels to drive event attendance
- Manage event registration, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up workflows
- Partner with sales and product teams to align events with business priorities and audience needs
- Oversee day-of event operations and create memorable attendee experiences
- Analyze event performance data and use insights to optimize future programs
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing both digital and field events
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and event promotion platforms
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Budget management and financial tracking experience
- Data-driven approach to measuring ROI and optimizing event strategies
