Victaulic Company is hiring a full-time Retirement Specialist to join our team in Easton, Northampton County. In this role, you will manage the administration and compliance of our retirement programs, serving as a trusted resource for employees, retirees, and beneficiaries navigating their retirement journey.
About the Role
As Retirement Specialist at Victaulic Company, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of company retirement plans while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You are the primary point of contact for participant questions, plan guidance, and lifecycle support—from enrollment through retirement and beyond. This position is essential to maintaining program integrity and supporting employee financial security.
What You'll Do
- Administer retirement plans in accordance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and company policy
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding plan rules, distributions, rollovers, and benefits
- Coordinate with plan vendors, third-party administrators, and service providers
- Maintain accurate participant records and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct participant education sessions and communications on retirement savings strategies
- Monitor regulatory requirements and implement necessary plan updates and improvements
- Prepare required reporting documents, including annual disclosures and compliance filings
- Support plan audits and document retention compliance
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan administration and regulations (401k, pension, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to explain complex retirement concepts in clear, accessible language
- Proficiency with retirement plan software and standard business tools
- Commitment to compliance and regulatory best practices
