Administration – Senior Executive Operations Program Manager

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, Sacramento County is hiring a Senior Executive Operations Program Manager. This full-time, exempt position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead strategic operational programs and deliver critical support to our executive leadership team.

About the Role

As the Senior Executive Operations Program Manager, you will oversee complex programs and initiatives that drive organizational success. In this position reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you'll coordinate across departments, manage program delivery, optimize administrative processes, and provide strategic support for enterprise-wide priorities.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major operational and strategic programs
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Track program progress through metrics and risk assessments, reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to align goals and resolve interdepartmental issues
• Drive process improvements and identify operational efficiency opportunities
• Ensure all initiatives meet compliance requirements and organizational standards
• Provide strategic support and project management assistance to the Chief Information Officer

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations administration, or executive-level administration
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and initiatives
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and business software tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences
• Background in financial services, banking, or credit union operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
