This is a full-time opportunity to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional client experiences at a rapidly expanding Pilates studio dedicated to transforming lives through high-intensity, low-impact 45-minute workouts.

About the Role

As a Studio Sales Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of BODYROK, converting first-time visitors into committed members while building lasting relationships that keep our community thriving. This role combines genuine passion for fitness with strategic relationship-building and consultative selling in a dynamic, energetic studio environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet and consult with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals and introducing them to BODYROK's signature Pilates experience
• Conduct studio tours and trial class experiences that showcase our transformative workouts
• Guide prospects through membership options, answering questions and addressing concerns with confidence and authenticity
• Complete membership enrollments and process onboarding for new studio members
• Build an ongoing relationship with members, encouraging class attendance and membership retention
• Maintain detailed notes on prospects and members using studio management systems
• Collaborate with instructors and team members to create a welcoming, supportive studio culture
• Meet monthly membership goals while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction and long-term value

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse personalities
• Sales experience or a demonstrated track record of meeting goals in a service-oriented setting
