About the Role
As a Mobile Associate at T-Mobile, you'll be the face of our brand on the retail floor. You'll serve a diverse customer base in a fast-paced retail environment, helping people understand our products, services, and plans while delivering exceptional customer service that defines the T-Mobile experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers—both English and Spanish-speaking—in finding the right mobile devices, plans, and wireless solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and service options in clear, accessible language
- Process transactions, activate devices, and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable support and advice that builds customer trust and satisfaction
- Help achieve store sales targets while maintaining a welcoming, clean retail environment
- Cross-sell relevant services and accessories that enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish—written and spoken—to serve our bilingual customer base
- Retail sales experience or customer service background (preferred)
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and helping customers find solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours and adapt to a dynamic retail schedule
- Detail-oriented approach to transactions and customer interactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
