Center Clinical Director

ChenMed is hiring a Center Clinical Director in Cahokia, Saint Clair County to lead clinical operations and deliver exceptional primary care to our growing patient population. About the Role

As Center Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical aspects of daily operations, ensure quality care delivery, and lead a team of healthcare professionals. This role combines clinical leadership with strategic responsibility for patient outcomes, provider performance, and center excellence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical support team members
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices to improve patient care and health outcomes
• Monitor clinical metrics, manage quality assurance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with center management on operational efficiency, budget planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards
• Conduct clinical reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance provider performance
• Foster a collaborative, innovative culture that prioritizes patient satisfaction and staff engagement
• Support recruitment and retention of high-quality clinical talent

What We're Looking For

• Active medical license (MD/DO) with current credentials and malpractice insurance
• Proven clinical experience in primary care or family medicine
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing clinical teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and quality metrics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to innovate and expand patient care services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and improving health equity
• Board certification or eligibility in your specialty preferred
