About the Role
As a Senior AR Associate, you'll serve as a key relationship manager and operational leader for high-value clients attending FIFA World Cup 26™. You'll develop and execute customized hospitality packages, coordinate seamless event experiences, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the excellence our clients expect at marquee sporting events.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions for event access, ticketing, and experiential packages
- Oversee end-to-end guest experiences, from pre-event planning through on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with event production, travel management, and hospitality teams to execute flawless activations
- Manage account logistics including ticketing allocation, seating coordination, and VIP access arrangements
- Handle client communications across multiple channels, troubleshooting issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Contribute to business development by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of account management, hospitality, or event experience, preferably in sports or premium experiences
- Demonstrated success building and retaining high-value client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfort with travel and potential on-site event support as needed
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
