About the Role

You'll manage comprehensive payroll administration for a multifacility healthcare system. Working from our Blackshear office, you'll process payments, verify accuracy, and coordinate payroll activities across multiple locations—playing an essential role in supporting our team members.

What You'll Do

• Administer payroll cycles for multiple healthcare facilities, calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings with precision
• Operate payroll software platforms efficiently to input employee data, verify information, and generate payment schedules
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues before payment processing
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation for audit compliance
• Respond to staff payroll inquiries and communicate clearly regarding compensation matters
• Coordinate with Human Resources and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records
• Support payroll processes that meet state and federal tax requirements
