Trustpilot is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic account relationships across our US organization. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive customer success at a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company on a mission to become the universal symbol of trust.
About the Role
As Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll own the strategic success and growth of our most valuable customer accounts. You'll serve as the primary strategic advisor, ensuring customers achieve their business goals and maximize their return on the world's largest open customer review platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop customized account strategies aligned with each customer's business objectives
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to drive account growth and revenue
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary escalation point for key customer accounts
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams
- Monitor account health, identify risks early, and implement proactive retention strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on future initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of customer success, account management, or related B2B experience
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, or high-value accounts
- Strategic mindset with ability to understand customer business models and challenges
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including C-level stakeholder experience
- Results-driven approach with proven ability to drive account expansion and retention
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
