3PL Account Executive- Remote/ Hybrid

About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious and motivated Account Executive to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships for a dynamic 3PL business. In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of logistics clients, managing relationships and uncovering expansion opportunities. This role blends strategic sales with operational coordination, giving you the chance to build professional expertise while helping clients optimize supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing third-party logistics clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Coordinate customized logistics solutions aligned with client needs and business goals
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms to close deals and retain clients
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue objectives
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Participate in industry events and business development activities to expand the client base

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain management, or related B2B industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software
• Located in or near Tulare, Tulare County, or able to work in a hybrid arrangement
