What You'll Do

- Work on a mix of client-facing and internal projects under mentorship and guidance
- Participate in structured training, learning modules, and career development workshops
- Apply technical knowledge across design, analysis, planning, or project delivery—depending on your discipline and interests
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, planning, sustainability, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Interest in infrastructure, water, environment, energy, or sustainability challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
