About the Role
We're seeking part-time In-Home Sales & Tech Support professionals to serve customers throughout the Louisville area. You'll work five evenings per week from 4:05 PM to 9:00 PM, meeting customers at their homes to provide sales consultations and hands-on technology support. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for people seeking flexible part-time work in a customer-facing field role that keeps you active and engaged.
What You'll Do
- Travel to customer residences throughout Jefferson County to conduct in-home product consultations
- Present technology solutions and explain features in clear, accessible language
- Assess customer needs and match appropriate products and services to their situation
- Complete sales transactions and support requests directly at customer homes
- Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance tailored to each customer
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Availability for five evening shifts weekly (4:05 PM–9:00 PM)
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for daily customer visits
- Comfortable learning and using technology and company systems
- Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in helping customers
- Ability to translate technical information into everyday language
- Self-directed approach to building customer relationships and closing sales
- Entry-level background accepted; full training provided
