As a Part Time Merchandiser at American Greetings Corporation, you'll maintain eye-catching displays and ensure our greeting cards, gifts, and celebration products are accessible and attractive to customers. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain compelling product displays that showcase our greeting cards, seasonal items, and gift selections
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure adequate product availability across assigned areas
- Keep store displays clean, organized, and aligned with American Greetings merchandising standards
- Rotate merchandise to highlight new items and seasonal celebrations
- Respond to customer questions and help shoppers locate products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about stock needs
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines while working in the retail environment
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule for part-time hours
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation
- Ability to lift, bend, and move products throughout your shift
- Excellent communication and basic customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
