POP THERAPIES INC is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our team in Huntington, Orange County. We're recruiting immediately for full-time positions supporting children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician with POP THERAPIES INC, you'll work directly with clients to implement evidence-based ABA interventions. Under clinical supervision, you'll execute treatment protocols, collect and document behavioral data, and support each child's progress toward their individualized goals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions following established clinical protocols
- Observe and record behavioral data to track client progress
- Implement reinforcement systems and behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
- Generalize client skills across different settings and contexts
What We're Looking For
- RBT certification or prior Behavior Technician experience
- Commitment to working with children with autism and developmental differences
- Ability to implement clinical protocols with consistency and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional training
