About the Role
As our BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll perform complex diagnostics and repairs on luxury German vehicles in a professional, well-equipped shop. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $50–$65 per hour based on your experience and qualifications, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
- Perform routine maintenance, engine work, transmission service, electrical diagnostics, and suspension repairs
- Execute comprehensive inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed work records and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with shop management and other technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and evolving repair procedures
What We're Looking For
- Master Technician certification or equivalent BMW technical expertise and hands-on experience
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex BMW systems
- Strong knowledge of European automotive technology and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional customer service mindset and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background verification
