About the Role

What You'll Do
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage, documenting findings for repair planning
- Perform metal-work, panel straightening, and frame restoration on damaged vehicles
- Prepare surfaces and apply body filler, primers, and finish coatings
- Operate pneumatic tools, welding equipment, and measuring systems
- Follow repair specifications and technical documentation for each job
- Collaborate with shop management and parts departments to keep repairs on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store materials and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a body shop technician or collision repair specialist
- Proficiency with body shop tools, welding, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders and technical schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant certifications (I-CAR, ASE) are a plus
