About the Role
Midas of Clinton Township and Troy is a family-owned multi-unit automotive service company with more than three decades of industry presence. We're hiring an Experienced Automotive Technician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our Troy location on a full-time basis. You'll provide expert repair and maintenance services across a broad range of vehicles, leveraging your diagnostic knowledge and technical skills every day.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns
- Diagnose vehicle problems accurately using diagnostic tools and technical expertise
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of domestic and imported vehicles
- Document service work and communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle condition
- Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure quality results
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated automotive technician experience
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems
- Familiarity with modern automotive repair techniques and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license
