JP Euro is seeking a full-time Audi Master Guild Technician in Nome to strengthen our team of specialized European and exotic vehicle repair professionals. About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll leverage your advanced technical expertise to diagnose and repair sophisticated Audi systems and other European luxury automobiles. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and our shop's reputation for excellence in exotic vehicle repair.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics on Audi Master Guild vehicles using specialized diagnostic equipment and factory specifications
- Execute complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and comprehensive preventive maintenance services
- Develop and communicate repair recommendations to customers professionally and clearly
- Maintain accurate service documentation and quality records for all work performed
- Collaborate with other technicians to meet service quality standards and project timelines
- Stay current with evolving European vehicle technology and advanced repair procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Technician certification
- Extensive hands-on experience repairing European luxury and exotic vehicles
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise with complex automotive systems
- ASE certification or equivalent advanced technical credentials
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
