About the Role
JP Euro is seeking an experienced BMW Master Technician Mechanic to deliver expert diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW and European luxury vehicles. In this full-time role at our Passaic location, you'll handle complex technical challenges using advanced diagnostic equipment, supported by a team dedicated to precision service and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles using factory and aftermarket scanning equipment
- Execute engine, transmission, electrical, brake, and suspension work with master-level precision
- Troubleshoot performance issues, fluid services, and complex mechanical problems
- Document all work accurately and communicate transparently with customers regarding repairs and timelines
- Maintain shop safety protocols and quality standards consistently
- Mentor junior technicians and foster technical excellence across the team
What We're Looking For
- Proven master-level experience repairing and maintaining BMW vehicles
- Current ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent automotive credential
- Proficiency with BMW diagnostic tools and software platforms
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and openness to relocating to the Passaic area
