About the Role

As a Transportation And Direct Support Professional at Embrave, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life. What You'll Do

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to clients for medical appointments, community activities, and daily errands
• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, and household support
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in their communities
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors about client progress and concerns
• Ensure client safety, dignity, and comfort while following individualized care plans
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families

What We're Looking For

• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain or current QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) certification
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers safely

Compensation and Benefits

Embrave values its team members and offers competitive compensation starting at $20.39 per hour, with increases to $21.39 per hour upon obtaining QMAP certification.
