Alliance For Cooperativ is seeking a Manager/Director of Bilateral Settlements to lead settlement operations in our Carmel, Indiana office. This full-time role combines hands-on bilateral settlement execution with team leadership and oversight for our members and corporate clients.
About the Role
You'll manage bilateral settlement services while leading a team of settlement professionals at multiple experience levels. In this leadership position, you balance direct operational work with supervisor responsibilities, ensuring consistent service quality and team development across all settlement activities.
What You'll Do
- Execute bilateral settlement transactions for members and clients
- Supervise Settlement Analysts, Senior Settlement Analysts, and Lead Settlement Analysts
- Oversee bilateral market settlement operations to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Direct team performance, training, and professional development
- Manage settlement workflows and operational processes
- Coordinate with clients and members on settlement matters and resolutions
- Monitor operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing bilateral settlement or similar market operations
- Proven track record supervising and developing settlement teams
- Strong knowledge of settlement processes and cooperative member relationships
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
