About the Role

CBRE's Project Management team delivers consulting services that shape how organizations build and operate critical facilities. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex construction initiatives, translating client objectives into executable project plans while ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams through all phases—from initial planning and design coordination through construction execution and final closeout
• Partner with data center clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align project scope, schedule, and budget expectations
• Monitor project performance against key metrics, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track
• Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance specific to data center and commercial construction
• Coordinate site activities, inspections, and quality assurance to maintain safety and building standards
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
• Support CBRE's strategic business objectives by delivering client value and building long-term account relationships

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing commercial or data center construction projects from start to finish
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables
• Knowledge of construction processes, timelines, budgeting, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating complex, fast-paced environments
• Professional certifications (PMP, DPM, or equivalent) are a plus
