About the Role

As General Foreman, you'll oversee daily construction and assembly activities on battery energy storage system projects, ensuring work meets schedule, quality, and safety standards. You'll coordinate crews, manage resources, and serve as the primary on-site authority responsible for successful project execution in the rapidly growing energy storage sector.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise construction crews and personnel on BESS project sites
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all work activities
• Schedule work tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with other trades and departments
• Inspect work quality, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrections meet specifications
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or foreman experience in commercial or industrial construction
