About the Role
As a Traveling General Superintendent, you'll provide executive-level site leadership on complex, capital-intensive construction projects from pre-mobilization through substantial completion. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of daily field operations, requiring you to relocate to active project sites and lead all aspects of on-site execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead and direct all construction activities across multiple trades and work disciplines
- Manage project finances, timelines, and resource deployment to meet critical milestones
- Establish and enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Oversee workforce productivity, performance, and professional development
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks throughout all construction phases
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective, timely resolutions

- Proven track record managing large-scale or complex construction projects as General Superintendent

- Commitment to traveling and relocating to project sites as assigned
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
