About the Role
As an Analytical Testing Lead with World Wide Professional Solutions, you'll drive quality and performance across semiconductor manufacturing and testing environments. You'll own analytical testing strategies, oversee execution, and ensure rigorous standards are met across production. This position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility in a collaborative, project-driven setting.
What You'll Do
- Direct analytical testing protocols and manage test execution in semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Analyze test data, identify performance trends, and develop corrective action strategies to improve yield and quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize testing procedures, reduce cycle time, and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives across testing operations
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams on process enhancements
- Document testing procedures, maintain comprehensive quality records, and support lean implementation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical testing, semiconductor manufacturing, or related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in test methodology, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing technical teams and driving accountability
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and testing standards
- Proficiency with testing equipment and data analysis software
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel as needed for project support
