Multi-Site Leasing Consultant – PTC/HTC

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for our Redmond, King County communities. In this role, you'll lead leasing operations across multiple residential properties, guiding prospective residents through their move-in journey while maintaining strong occupancy and community standards.

About the Role

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and current tenants at multiple communities. You'll manage the complete leasing cycle—from initial property tours and unit showings to lease execution and move-in coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, genuine customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively across several properties simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and showings for prospective residents across assigned communities
• Qualify applicants and verify eligibility through thorough, fair application review
• Prepare, review, and process leasing documents, including title commitment documentation (PTC/HTC)
• Manage lease signing, move-in procedures, and resident onboarding
• Maintain accurate leasing records and track occupancy metrics across multiple sites
• Build lasting relationships with current residents to support retention
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure seamless operations
• Meet occupancy goals and contribute to strong community performance

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience in residential property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities effectively
• Proficiency with leasing software and Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management
• Professional demeanor and genuine passion for customer service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
