Project Manager III

About the Role

As a Project Manager III, you'll take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within approved budgets. You'll balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining stakeholder alignment and team accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Direct all phases of project execution—planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and closure—with accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Establish and maintain clear project scope, baselines, and change control processes to minimize scope creep and delays
• Manage project budgets, track spending, and forecast financial impact across project phases
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely task completion and quality standards
• Develop and deliver status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management
• Address moderately complex project challenges independently, escalating high-impact issues appropriately
• Establish best practices and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on project execution

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing multiple projects to completion at the Project Manager III level or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid, or similar frameworks)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource constraints effectively
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification or equivalent professional credential preferred
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment in ambiguous or complex situations
