Crimson Design Group is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to join our design team in Grandview Heights, Franklin County. This is a full-time opportunity to lead creative projects and deliver exceptional interior design solutions across residential, commercial, and senior living environments.
About the Role
Working as a Senior Interior Designer at Crimson Design Group, you'll report to the Design Director and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment where quality craftsmanship and client vision guide every project. Your design expertise will shape spaces that serve diverse client needs and market segments.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive interior design strategies and concepts for residential, commercial, and senior living projects
- Create detailed design documentation, material specifications, and visual presentations for client approval
- Lead client consultations to understand project goals and translate them into thoughtful design solutions
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from conception through completion
- Contribute to the design team culture and support junior staff development
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as an interior designer with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in residential, commercial, or senior living design
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software and visualization tools
- Deep knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and design principles
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
