Starlink Field Technician

Join EchoStar as a Starlink Field Technician in Aitkin, Aitkin County, and play a direct role in expanding broadband connectivity across the region. This is a full-time field position where you'll install, configure, and support satellite internet systems for residential and commercial customers.

About the Role

EchoStar is building the future of connectivity through satellite technology, streaming services, smart home solutions, and mobile products. We're looking for a hands-on Field Technician to bring Starlink internet service to customers in and around Aitkin County. You'll be the face of our service, delivering professional installation and support that keeps customers connected.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site Starlink installations and equipment setup at customer locations
• Conduct system testing, alignment, and optimization for reliable satellite connectivity
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide technical support to customers
• Install mounting hardware, cable runs, and related equipment according to specifications
• Document installation details, customer information, and service notes for each job
• Drive to customer sites throughout Aitkin County and surrounding areas
• Respond professionally to customer questions and ensure satisfaction with service quality

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
• Basic technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Physical ability to carry equipment and perform installation work
• Reliability and punctuality to meet customer appointment schedules
• Previous technical installation or field service experience is a plus
