About the Role

Your role as a Mobile Patrol Guard is to maintain constant vigilance across assigned areas, both on foot and by vehicle. You'll be the eyes and ears of our security operations, staying alert to detect and prevent potential threats while maintaining professional composure in all circumstances. This is hands-on security work where your presence, judgment, and quick thinking directly protect client assets and personnel.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and surrounding areas, documenting conditions and observations
• Monitor access points and verify authorization of personnel entering or leaving secured locations
• Respond rapidly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergency situations with appropriate action
• Maintain detailed written and incident reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, fellow security personnel, and emergency responders
• Inspect perimeters, buildings, and grounds for vulnerabilities, hazards, or signs of unauthorized activity
• Enforce security policies and client-specific procedures consistently and professionally

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
• Strong physical fitness and capability to stand, walk, and respond to emergencies for extended periods
• Excellent observational skills and environmental awareness
• Clear, professional communication and report-writing abilities
• Reliability and a strong work ethic; willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
