What You'll Do

• Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality and menu guidance
• Accurately take and process orders for beverages, food, and prepared items
• Operate the point-of-sale system with attention to detail and accuracy
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently
• Prepare beverages and simple food items according to our standards
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and work station throughout your shift
• Answer guest questions about our rotating selection of local, national, and international ales, lagers, and regional fare
• Support the team during busy periods and special events

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience or demonstrated ability to connect with people
• Ability to work a fast-paced environment with accuracy and composure
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Flexibility to accommodate varying shift times and potentially weekend or evening hours
• Enthusiasm for learning about beverages, food pairings, and our menu
• Reliable attendance and a collaborative team mentality
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
