About the Role

As a Dishwasher at our Lacey restaurant, you'll ensure every plate, glass, and utensil meets our quality standards. Working in our busy kitchen, you'll operate commercial equipment, manage workflow, and keep our dish station running efficiently so the entire restaurant can serve guests smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and properly load, unload, and organize clean items
• Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the dish station and throughout the kitchen
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels in dishwashing equipment
• Sort and dispose of kitchen waste according to health and safety codes
• Restock dish supplies and organize storage areas
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely turnaround of clean items
• Follow all food safety, health, and workplace safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Understanding of basic kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Physical ability to stand extended periods and lift regularly up to 50 pounds
• Team-focused attitude with good communication skills
• Willingness to follow procedures and learn on the job
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
