About the Role
As a Dishwasher at El Torito Grill, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen operation. Your work keeps our restaurant running smoothly, ensuring our team has clean equipment, cookware, and service ware throughout each shift. What You'll Do
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines efficiently and maintain high sanitation standards
- Hand-wash delicate items, glassware, and cookware as needed
- Organize and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and surrounding areas
- Sort and dispose of trash and food waste according to restaurant procedures
- Communicate with kitchen staff to prioritize urgent items during busy service
- Follow all health, safety, and food service regulations

- Reliable and punctual; committed to consistent full-time availability
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort working in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

- No prior experience necessary—we provide training
