Napkin Machine Operator

Hoffmaster is looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious Napkin Machine Operator to join our full-time team in Sparks, Washoe County. If you have experience running manufacturing equipment, this could be the right fit for you.

About the Role

In this position, you'll manage the daily operation of our napkin production machinery, which manufactures numerous styles and formats of paper napkins. The role demands precision, reliability, and a strong safety mindset—you'll be directly responsible for both the quality of output and the secure operation of complex equipment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee napkin production machinery, running equipment to manufacture various napkin styles and sizes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols designed to protect you and your coworkers
• Maintain accurate records of materials consumed and products completed each shift
• Keep all equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition per 5S methodology
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Work variable schedules that include overtime as production demands require
