What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to fashion shoppers throughout the department
- Merchandise and display clothing, accessories, and seasonal items to engage customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and maintain organized, clean displays
- Support inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and seasonal goals
- Follow company standards for store appearance and customer experience

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time Fashion Team Associate position offers an hourly wage of $16.50–$29.50 per hour, with the actual rate equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the Saugus, Essex County location. You'll also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives, and additional hourly premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
