Designer

NES Fircroft is hiring a Designer to join our team in Houston, Houston County. In this full-time position, you'll drive the design and development of our E3 product suite while supporting our customers' engineering objectives and collaborating across operations and sales.

About the Role

As a Designer at NES Fircroft, you'll own detailed design responsibilities across our product lines and internal processes. This is a hands-on role where you'll translate engineering requirements into practical designs, respond to customer engineering requests, and create the documentation that powers our organization. You'll partner with Service Operations and Sales teams to develop comprehensive technical materials, process guides, and team training resources that ensure consistency and quality across the company.

What You'll Do

• Execute detailed design work for E3 products and operational workflows
• Address customer engineering requirements and design requests promptly and effectively
• Develop technical documentation, procedure manuals, and reference materials
• Create training content and implementation guides for internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with Service Operations and Sales to align designs with business and customer needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven design experience in product development, engineering, or related technical fields
• Ability to produce clear, detailed technical work and documentation
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented approach to design standards and quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requests simultaneously
• Proficiency with relevant design tools and software
