About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the packaging team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Monitor and optimize packaging operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
• Ensure all packaging processes meet FDA and industry standards, including proper documentation and traceability
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize production downtime
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols specific to pharmaceutical packaging
• Train team members on standard operating procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain detailed records and reports on packaging metrics and compliance activities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations or a closely related manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharmaceutical quality standards
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality in a regulated industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
