About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Operator, you'll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Your expertise in running, monitoring, and maintaining industrial equipment will be essential to delivering quality service to clients across manufacturing, environmental, and municipal sectors throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions or needed repairs
- Follow established procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operation
- Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment operation and maintenance activities
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production and service schedules
- Adhere to all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience operating industrial equipment or similar machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation and instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work a full-time schedule
- Willingness to learn and adapt to equipment and processes specific to our operations
- Valid driver's license preferred
