About the Role
As a Part Sales Manager, you'll be a key member of our store leadership team, responsible for overseeing sales, inventory, and team performance. This position requires hands-on involvement in store operations while building and maintaining a high-performing team that reflects AutoZone's commitment to customer excellence and operational integrity.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor store associates, modeling strong leadership and fostering a collaborative, productive work environment
- Drive sales performance and inventory management to meet store targets and customer demand
- Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service and support the sales team in meeting customer needs
- Execute daily store operations with accuracy and attention to detail, including opening, closing, and compliance responsibilities
- Participate in staff training and development, helping team members grow professionally and advance within AutoZone
- Monitor performance metrics and work toward continuous improvement in store profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that enhances the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
- Strong sales acumen and track record of driving revenue and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of automotive parts or retail operations is a plus
- Reliable, professional approach with a commitment to safety and customer service
