About the Role
This full-time position offers 35–40 hours per week, with compensation beginning at $15 per hour. You'll work in a busy retail environment where customer service and operational accuracy are both essential to success.
What You'll Do
- Receive, weigh, and prepare packages for domestic and international courier shipment
- Process Amazon merchandise returns and facilitate their return to the logistics network
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist customers with attention and courtesy at every touchpoint
- Operate shipping systems, mailroom equipment, and retail technology including scales and copiers
- Record transactions accurately and maintain shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-supplied workspace
